
On November 21st, U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler sentenced Nasir White, 30, of Philadelphia to 120 months in prison and five years of supervised release.
White, previously pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly and intentionally conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
On October 9, 2019, White and Shawn McGuriman were arrested with 204 grams of methamphetamine, which they planned to sell to another person.
McGuriman previously pleaded guilty to his role in the conspiracy and was sentenced in August 2021 to 10 years in prison.
